I made an order with Molecule Pants and realised only afterwards that I might have got the sizing wrong. Su was so helpful in providing me with the information I needed, advising, and then even allowed me to make an adjustment to my order. The shipping was also efficient (Thailand to Australia took about three days), which I appreciated as I am about to go travelling.
Regarding the garment, it’s absolutely excellent quality, really thick cotton, well stitched, solid hardware. I did expect this, as I was purchasing based on a friend’s experience.
Regarding the fit, I am female, 176cms/5’9″, 60kgs/132lbs, long legs, narrow hips, large thighs. I bought combat 50005 size small. I do have to use the internal waist ties to reduce the waist a couple of inches, but then it has a baggy, hiphop-style fit on me, grazes the ground behind my heels, and looks damn cool. I can fit entire novels plural into the pockets, this is what I need in my life and probably so do you.
Regarding the customer experience, five stars, no comments. I seriously can’t remember the last time I had such a positive online shopping experience. When people say ‘support small businesses’, this is the kind they mean. Thank you Su and best wishes.
These are the only pants my boyfriend will wear and I’m so happy to have found them! The customer service is awesome too! Su is so helpful and friendly!
They’re very nice, but not quite the same as I expected. I really miss the internal straps for hanging them up.
